Local High School Logo an Issue for University of Arizona

Senior attorney Stephen Grant was recently asked to comment on a recent trademark dispute involving the University of Arizona and nearby Jonathan Alder High School.

If others are allowed to use (a given) mark, the public may be confused as to the owner of goods and services provided.

Steve discussed school logos and trademark law, the demand made by the University of Arizona, and copyright issues related to fight songs with Dave Purpura of the ThisWeek Community News organization.
